1. Faulty or Incorrect Products 
– If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we may request images or videos of the issue to assist in resolving the matter efficiently.
– Depending on the situation, we will either:
a) Provide a replacement and include a prepaid return label for the faulty product, or
b) Ask you to return the product for further inspection. In this case, if the product is deemed faulty, we will reimburse your shipping costs upon receiving a copy of the freight receipt.

2. Conditions for Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition (or as received).
– For items received in error, please do not open or use them. Attempting to use an incorrect item will be considered acceptance of the product as a substitute, and no further claims will be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios 
– Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or lack of expertise in product use.
– We do not accept returns for items purchased from stockists or third parties. 

4. Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification and issued to the original payment method used.
– Refunds exclude initial delivery charges unless the product was deemed faulty.
– Used products will not qualify for a refund unless a fault is identified and confirmed by our team.

5. Promotions and Price Differences
– No credit will be given for price differences due to promotions or price reductions.
– Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively.
